Privacy policy
Cars Junk Man collects only what you type into the quote form, and uses it to call you about your car. This page lists exactly what that is, where it goes and how to have it deleted. Last updated September 30, 2026.
What the form sends
When you press "Get Instant Offer", your browser sends these fields:
- The car: year, make, model, and your answer about the title
- You: your name and phone number
- The pickup address you typed, which can be a street address, a city or a ZIP code
- A hidden field naming this website (carsjunkman.com) as the source, so we know where the request came from
Nothing is sent until you press the button on the second step. If you stop halfway, nothing leaves your browser.
Where it goes
The form posts to a lead-handling service at mw.smartvin.app, which passes the request to the people who call you back. We use your details to make you an offer, arrange the pickup and follow up on that car.
What this site doesn't do
This site doesn't set advertising cookies or ask you to create an account. Like any website, the company that hosts it may keep standard server logs (such as IP addresses and the pages requested) to run and protect the service.
Deleting your details
Want your request deleted? Ask us when we call. If you sold us a car, the paperwork from that sale may need to be kept.
Changes
If this changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top. Questions about anything here: contact Cars Junk Man. Or read our terms of use.
